An integrative psychology and health practice has an Office Manager position available for a mature, professional and loyal individual to manage a growing private practice. We are looking for someone who is interested in psychology and has a passion for health and wellness. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Management of the day to day office activities and overall practice
  • Perform administrative duties related to running a private practice
  • Manage and delegate tasks to associates contractors, interns and volunteers, etc.
  • Perform general bookkeeping duties i.e. managing accounts receivable & payable
  • Manage intake department and conducting intakes and maintaining client relationships
  • Coordinating and providing training to associates, interns and volunteers
  • Assist with marketing, social media and other business procedures, if needed
  • Coordinate and prepare for supervision meetings, groups and workshops
  • Assisting and managing psychologists with patient management tasks including patient scheduling, note taking and resources.
  • Preparing, reviewing and editing reports and other documents
  • Assisting with administering and scoring psychological assessments
  • Liasoning and maintaining relationships with referrals sources i.e. insurance companies, lawyers, etc.

We would be looking for someone long-term and preference will be given to applicants who have at least 3 years of experience in an administrative assistant/office management role.

Seeking to hire an Early Career Registered Psychologist to service the West End of Toronto (i.e. Offices in Mississauga and Brampton area).

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (competency with children, adolescence & adults preferred).
  • Registration with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (in good standing).
  • Experience working with a variety of clients with psychological problems (i.e. OCD, PTSD, Trauma, etc.).
