Burn Out

"I hate everyone", "I am so stressed", "I am always so tired"

"I can't go on anymore", "I hate my job"

A lot of people don't recognize that burn out is a very common and debilitating issue. If you are burnt out you feel exhausted, overworked, depressed, negative, and irritable. This could be because you are experiencing high levels of stress at work or at home and don't have the tools needed to deal with this level of stress properly. Burn out can manifest in many different types of symptoms. Physical symptoms associated with burn out include headaches, body aches and pains, and weight fluctuation; emotional symptoms include crying fits and anger outbursts; and cognitive symptoms include forgetfulness. You might feel more cynical or critical at work or feel like it's become difficult for you to deal with others. You could be using food, drugs or alcohol to feel better and help you cope. If you are experiencing burn out, we can help you.
