Borderline Personality Disorder

“Everyone always leaves me", "My emotions are unstable", "I get mad easily"

"I have stormy relationships", "Sometimes I want to kill myself"

Does this sound like you or someone you know?

Some identifying factors of BPD include having rocky relationships, impulsive behaviours, mood swings, and unstable self image. It can also include self-harm and having suicidal thoughts or attempting suicide. Individuals with BPD often feel as though they are constantly being abandoned or have an intense fear of being abandoned. Often this fear can manifest in intense anger expression and unpredictable behaviours. Living with these symptoms can be very difficult for those afflicted as well as the people around them. If you suspect you or a loved one might have BPD, there is help.

How we can help:

Our knowledgeable psychologists, psychotherapists and counsellors can help you or your loved one to reclaim control of your/their life. Our therapists provide a safe, confidential, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment.
